Since it is the one part of the vehicle you interact with every second you are driving, it makes a much bigger difference than most people realize.Inside, the carbon-fiber trim gives the cabin an even more performance-oriented atmosphere and matches the exterior carbon-fiber accents perfectly. Combined with the black interior, M Sport details, and color-changing ambient lighting, this X5 feels incredibly special after dark.The ambient lighting completely changes the cabin at night and gives it that Hot Miami Nights atmosphere we love. Instead of a dark, ordinary SUV interior, the lighting highlights the dashboard and door areas and makes the X5 feel dramatically newer and more upscale.Then there is the Harman Kardon premium surround sound system, another must-have option. If you are an audiophile, you will immediately appreciate the additional power, deeper and tighter bass, cleaner highs, crisp vocals, and far better separation compared with the base audio system. It has enough power to really fill the large X5 cabin without getting muddy or distorted.Even if you are not constantly blasting music, Harman Kardon still makes a huge difference. Podcasts, audiobooks, and spoken-word content come through noticeably more crisp, clean, and detailed, and the upgraded speaker placement gives the entire cabin a more immersive soundstage.The Head-Up Display is another feature that is incredibly easy to get spoiled by.
